Rachel in the Raw

First off, before you even judge me, please know this.. I am not an activist, not a peta freak, not a tree hugger, nor am I gonna stop cooking my amazing meat meals for friends and family. However, you should know, I have chosen to challenge myself to 90 days on a "High Raw Vegan Diet". Today is day 7, I was at 75% raw vegan ALL week! In addition, I have 100% removed white flour, white sugar and soda from my diet.
