So my business partner created this awesome recipe, sure to get your digestive system on track. It totally fills you up, and gets the job done. I feel cleaned out, and no longer bloated after having this muffin for breakfast 3 days in a row. Wooo nelly! It gott er done!
Recipe:
5 tsp baking soda
2 cps boiling water
1/2 cp butter
1/2 cp applesauce
1 quart buttermilk
5 cps wheat flour
1 cp honey
1 tsp salt
4 cps All bran cereal buds
2 cps bran flakes
2 cps craisens
Zest of one orange
cooking spray
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
Add baking soda to boiling water
Allow to cool, set aside
Cream together, butter , applesauce, and honey
Add four eggs one at a time
Stir in Milk, Flour, Salt
Add water mixture, blending well
Separately, mix together remaining ingredients
Drop into greased muffin tins, about 2/3 full
Bake for 20 min
(Remaining batter may be kept in airtight container, in fridge up to seven weeks)
